POOR SLEEP 

Sleeping less then 5 hr a day result in increase craving for food by increasing GHRELIN and decreasing LEPTIN .These two are the hormone with opposite functions .GHRELIN is involved in food intake and LEPTIN is involved in suppression of food intake so when it is decreased less weight loss effect and contrary ghrelin is increased which will result in weight gain.Remember our body burn fat or gain muscles during sleep so it is necessary to adopt a proper sleep without any disturbance for 7 to 8 hours.

EATING JUNK FOODS

Junk foods contain a large amount of calories which are mostly from fat.Fat which is saturated and is unhealthy,it starts accumulating in the body and result in the weight gain and love handles.In the long run it will results in obesity which is a major concern of now a day.Most of the western diet contain these junk foods and this is the reason that one third of AMERICAN population(78.6 MILLION)is suffering from obesity the major predisposing factor for DIABETES.
In addition these junk foods contain a large amount of sugar and salt both of which results in problem of diabetes and increased blood pressure called hypertension.Increase salt in the diet hold water in the body and results in a blotted body.
EAT HEALTHY FOOD CONSISTING OF MORE PROTEINS,LESS CARBOHYDRATES AND HEALTHY FAT AND AVOID THESE JUNK FOOD IF YOU ARE REALLY SERIOUS OF GETTING RID OF THESE LOVE HANDLES
