BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS

LEUCINE,ISOLEUCINE AND VALINE are the three branched chain amino acids.One of the most important thing regarding them is that they are ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS which means that human body can't make it inside the body we acquired it from our diet.

FUNCTION

on waking up when the body had spent 8 hr without any food taking BCCA at that time will prevent your body to go in catabolic state which is the muscle breakdown state.If you are consuming egg white on waking up then you can skip BCCA in the morning

PRE WORKOUT

It will increase the amino acid contents in your blood so supply the muscle amino acids to prevent muscle breakdown during workout.

DURING WORKOUT
