WEIGHT LOSS DIET WITHOUT STARVATION

BREAKFAST

  • 4 to 6 boiled  egg whites
  • 2 slices of whole wheat or bran bread
  • 1 cup green tea 

SNACK 

  • 12 almonds
  • 1 cup low fat milk

LUNCH

  • 200g boiled or grilled chicken breast
  • Half cup boiled red beans
  • 12 almonds

SNACK

  • 2 spoon peanut butter with 2 slices bran bread
  • 1 apple

PRE WORKOUT

  • 1 cup black coffee

POST WORKOUT

  • 6 boiled egg whites/1scoop whey protein

DINNER

  • Half plate brown rice with 200 grilled chicken
