BREAKFAST
- 4 to 6 boiled egg whites
- 2 slices of whole wheat or bran bread
- 1 cup green tea
SNACK
- 12 almonds
- 1 cup low fat milk
LUNCH
- 200g boiled or grilled chicken breast
- Half cup boiled red beans
- 12 almonds
SNACK
- 2 spoon peanut butter with 2 slices bran bread
- 1 apple
PRE WORKOUT
- 1 cup black coffee
POST WORKOUT
- 6 boiled egg whites/1scoop whey protein
DINNER
- Half plate brown rice with 200 grilled chicken
